Granted these are 2 different subjects but check out the drastic difference in the shock value. Holy Crap I WILL NEVER TEXT AND DRIVE! I think the creativity gone into creating a message has always been around but the executable possibilities that have evolved over time have really made things happen. Maybe in another 20 years we have the technology to implant a filter into our brains and turn the dumbshit switch off making the need for PSAs unnecessary.
